As founder of RedFilo, Pach’s event foundation is built from more than 30 years of military training, specifically in the Special Forces of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). His training armed him with the discipline and project management skills required in large-scale events.
He held major appointments in the organization of events, both locally and at an international level. In 1995, Pach formed the renowned Singapore Skydiving Team, The Red Lions. Over the years, he developed the team into the region’s most elite outfit, claiming Champion in Formation Skydiving for three consecutive years from 2005, as well as claiming the top position in Australia’s Individual Skydiving Championship in 2003.
Pach was the Event Producer for the military component of the IDEX 2009 Opening Ceremony. He was directly responsible for the conceptualization and execution of a 30-minute tightly choreographed extravaganza.
Pach has experience in a diverse range of events. He played key roles in Special Events including Richard Branson’s launch of Virgin Mobile in Singapore. He was also involved in the MTV Asia Awards in 2002 and 2003. He led a team that was responsible for the performances of artistes including Pink, Robbie Williams, Ronan Keating, Mandy Moore, Linkin Park and many other ‘A list’ stars. More recently, Pach was the Executive Producer for Summer in Abu Dhabi, both 2009 and 2010 where he oversaw a team of 25 event managers throughout a 6 week period. He was also the Executive Producer of the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner 2010.
