Vivien has been managing the administration and finance of Multi-National Companies prior to joining RedFilo. Her meticulous and systematic approach in ensuring effective use of resources and finances is an integral part of the success of managing an event.
Vivien ensures that the budget is stretched and every component of an event is procured, negotiated and delivered efficiently to the team.
Vivien was the overall head of the budgets and financial operations of IDEX 2009, Summer in Abu Dhabi 2009 and Summer in Abu Dhabi 2010 of all which requires a keen sense of balancing the delivery of the event, as well as managing the expectations of the client, to ensure that every cent is well planned and well spent.
